A name on every published line.

Credibility on this site is inspectable, not asserted. This page is the standard every published rule is held to — and the standard you can hold us to.

The four rules

  1. Primary sources only. Statute, authority guidance, court decisions. Secondary commentary can inform a draft; it can never be the cited source of a published rule.
  2. Status is worn openly. Every rule is one of: working (drafted, unsigned — visibly marked, not to be relied on), verified (signed by a named, licensed reviewer, with date and next review date), or contested (professionals genuinely disagree — the page says so and shows the positions). There is no fourth state and no unmarked state.
  3. Reviews expire. A verified line carries its next review date. Past that date it is re-marked or withheld until reviewed again. Verification is a subscription, not a stamp.
  4. Every change is logged. Old value, new value, date, source, reviewer. The change log is public and permanent — including the changes that correct us.

What a verified line shows

The rule, its practical meaning, the primary source, the reviewer's name and credential, the verification date, and the next review date. Not a generic "expert checked" badge — a specific person with a licence, attached to a specific sentence, on a specific day.

Reviewers and money, plainly

Reviewing professionals may also receive reader referrals in the areas they review. That relationship is disclosed on every line they verify and on the disclosures page. Payment for review work is never contingent on what the review concludes.

Where the site is today

In the launch phase, tax pages with working claims remain available for editorial and reviewer QA but are withheld from search indexing. A tax page becomes eligible for public indexing only when every material claim it depends on passes HolderTax's evidence, freshness and human-review gates.

Review roster

HolderTax has supplied a review roster from Dimov Tax & CPA Services. Public Dimov Tax profiles confirm the names and basic titles shown below. A person's presence on this roster does not mean that person has reviewed any HolderTax claim. A published claim names its actual reviewer only after that reviewer approves that exact version.
